You can renew your Veterans Railcard online when it’s within 30 days of its expiry date. Simply follow these easy steps:

• Log into your account
• Click view my Railcard
• Then click Renew card for 1 year or 3 years
• Check all the details are correct (you will also be asked to re-upload your photo, and whether you'd like to add a companion to your Railcard)
• Pay and you’re done!

If you need to update any of your details you can do this by clicking on the appropriate section on the ‘My RAILCARD’ page.

If we have your email address, we will send you a reminder that your Veterans Railcard is due for renewal. But remember, it’s your responsibility to check that your Veterans Railcard is in date before buying or using Railcard-discounted tickets.
